Some teacher cannot focus on each student because classes are in big groups. In this case, they still wouldn’t completely understand the advanced concepts and just do the homework to submit.

Some teaching methods do not resonate well with students, and some teachers do not put extra effort to find the root problem.
MOTIVATION
There is a lack of motivation due to the child’s environment at school or at home. They feel stressed and pressured making it difficult for them to perform well academically.
CONNECTION
Another factor is the child’s connection with the teacher, which is important to keep them interested and eager. However, some kids do not like the teacher, so they’re not trying harder.
Each day, I wake up, knowing that I can make a difference.
When I was young, I had no one to turn to for advice. I just grew up for the sake of growing up. Not knowing whether I am on the right track or not.
Luckily, I met two wonderful Math teachers in primary school who helped me build my learning foundation in Mathematics.
Then one day, it just struck me that I can also be a Math coach since I am very good at explaining and doing Math.
It pains me when I see my students struggling with their Math, but I will take time to guide them as long as they are willing to learn. I need them to know that even if they are slower, I want them to continue trying because as their “mentor”, I need to be steady and continue to work with them.
But when they overcome the hurdles and achieve the desired Math grades, the SHIOK-NESS I experience is BEYOND description.

I have been in this line for TEN years. Year 2021 marks my 10th year anniversary. And over these years, I have helped many students.
No one can achieve 100% understanding of the topic at the beginning and the learning curve is always STEEP
It is true that learning is always hard at the beginning, that is why I am here throughout the whole process. Over the years, I have mastered my teaching methods and my students always tell me that they can understand me almost instantly. I will guide them, encourage them, laugh with them, and even learn from them. By building your child’s confidence and improving their Math skills, you’ll be amazed how they can achieve pleasant results on their own. Besides, who doesn't love a teacher who is fun and encouraging? Let's enjoy the learning process together!
